my Grandmother is 90.

 

yesterday my Grandmother turned 90.  

we had a big party to celebrate her life with family.

i didn't want to retouch the top photo (even though Grandmother would be upset that it is on the www without taking away a few wrinkles - although does she know what the www is?!), but that is why i love it.  

her wrinkly face, her small lips with her lipstick running in her creases.  

the bottom 2 were taken in her home, after her hair was freshly done and the light was just right.  she had about 20 different blouses laid out throughout her condo, we decided this magenta would bring out the rosiness in her cheeks. 

i love my Grandmother, she is such a funny lady, 

that has spends more money on hallmark cards than anyone else in this world, but she is mine and

i am grateful for her life and testimony and kind heart.
